- We come to your home and you are listed before we leave. Documents will be emailed to you for review as soon as your home is inputted into the MLS, and hard copies delivered.

How we market your home.

With this rare type of property listing, you are able to benefit from being listed yet still help sell your home and be rewarded by only paying 2% real estate commission on the buyer side, if the buyer is not using a buyer’s agent.
